Chilblains

Chilblains are a common problem of the foot in the more temperate climates. Chilblains are not really due to the cold, they are due to an abnormal reaction of the micro-circulation to the change in temperature from cold to warm. Chilblains are also not due to poor circulation as those with good health circulation still get them.
