Chi Running

Chi running is one of the many different ways currently being promoted as the best way to run. There are many different running forms and there is no one best running form for any one particular runner and for each runner there is probably one better technique for them to run. Chi running is a technique is which there is more of a midfoot strike compared to the more common heel strike technique.
